Terms

Website and portal terms

Draft update — owner and legal review required. Prepared October 3, 2026. This draft does not replace an existing signed service agreement.

Use this website and the client portal only for lawful business purposes. Portal access is personal to the invited account and must not be shared or used to access another organization's information.

Service scope, fees, deliverables, and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable written agreement. Website examples and demo case studies are illustrative and do not promise a particular result.

Account access and responsibilities

Use only your own authorized account. Keep login details and verification methods secure, provide accurate contact information, and notify us of unexpected account changes. Organization administrators are responsible for requesting appropriate access for their users. An invitation, email confirmation, or sign-in does not itself purchase a service or authorize access to another organization's records.

Files, approvals, and acceptable use

Only submit material you are authorized to share and use. Do not upload malware, attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or use the service to interfere with others. Avoid submitting passwords, payment-card information, or sensitive personal records through ordinary messages. Review deliverables and approval requests carefully; your written agreement governs approval responsibilities and the use of final work.

Services and payments

The applicable proposal or signed agreement defines services, fees, ownership or licensing, timelines, cancellation, and any refund arrangements. A website example is not a performance guarantee. Payment confirmations describe a recorded payment; they do not independently expand the scope of work. Contact support about billing questions rather than submitting card details by email.

Account and service communications

We use account and service messages to help you access the portal, verify changes, follow project actions, and resolve support matters. Keep your contact address current. Do not forward private action links or codes. Promotional communications, where offered, are separate from messages needed to operate and protect your account.

Availability and third-party services

The website and portal may be affected by maintenance, outages, or third-party provider availability. Any service-level commitment must be set out in your agreement. We may restrict access when necessary to investigate misuse or protect accounts, subject to applicable obligations. If access is interrupted, use the public support contact for assistance.

Privacy, questions, and updates

See our privacy information for an explanation of information handling. Send questions to support@concordiapax.net. These website terms do not add an arbitration provision, a new refund policy, or a liability limit to your agreement. Final legal entity details, applicable-law provisions, and any additional terms require the review noted above.
